Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to your use of requireson.property and the services Requireson Concrete offers through it. When you use the site, call the number shown here or send a form, you agree to these terms. This page is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Do

Requireson Concrete offers referral and marketing services. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp, seal or install concrete, and we are not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, direct or control them, and we make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before hiring anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures, not quotes, and they vary by job. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it works or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop hearing from us, email contact@requireson.property at any time.

Ownership of Site Content

The text and design of this site belong to Requireson Concrete or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission.

Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, Requireson Concrete is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
