How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Requireson Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Requireson Concrete was handled
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Requireson Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@requireson.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A brief account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
